The Elbow Social, Feb. 11, 5:00 p.m.-Midnight – Come network after moving to Jacksonville at The Elbow Downtown. Every Thursday evening, local bars and restaurants participate in the social gathering by offering food and drink specials, along with live music and other entertainment.

Mardi-Paws, Feb. 13, 6:00-9:00 p.m. – Come celebrate Mardi Gras at Bold City Brewery and raise money for a great cause with Friends of Jacksonville Animals, Inc. The event will include a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, live DJ, food and drinks. $1 from every pint of beer sold will be donated to the charity and everyone is encouraged to dress in their best Mardi Gras getup.

10th Annual Amelia Island Chili Cook-Off, Feb. 20, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. – Take a trip out to Fernandina Beach after moving to Jacksonville and come to the annual chili cook-off event. This event features chili from some of the best local vendors around and costs $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.

PAL Fundraiser, Feb. 27, 6:00-10:00 p.m. – Come support local law enforcement after making a move to Jacksonville at the Third Annual Sherriff’s Round-Up at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. There will be boot-scootin’ to live music, food, drinks and more! The event supports JaxPAL programs that benefit children living in economically challenged situations with education and leadership. General admission to the event is $130.00 per ticket.
